Memphis has a growing food truck population. I love food trucks. One such example is "A Square Meal on Wheels." I had the opportunity to try it several months ago. This one has burgers, chicken, sides, and more.
On this event, I had the fried okra and the hot finger basket.
Both were tasty, especially the hot fingers! They also have fish tacos. I'd like to try them another time. This summer I may have to stalk this food truck!
